Resolve the details
Wall junctions, chimneys, skylights and pipe penetrations need their own flashing details. For a ventilated attic, review unobstructed intake and exhaust together. Adding a vent alone does not establish that the ventilation is adequate.

How long do asphalt shingles last in Surrey?

Can you repair only part of my shingle roof?

Will new shingles match the existing roof?

Are asphalt shingles suitable for every roof slope?
No. The slope and the selected product’s installation requirements determine suitability and underlayment details. Low slope sections may need a different roofing system. Have transitions between roof areas included in the design.

Does the old roofing always have to be removed?
