From the moment of initial contact to the completion of our job, the Paragon team has been polite, pleasant and professional. Harman effectively uses technology to deliver an accurate and competitively-priced estimate, happily answers many questions, and works hard to keep his customer satisfied at all times. The experienced crew that worked on our home (Gil, Edgar, Mark and Mike) was punctual, pleasant to deal with, diligent and responsible, demonstrated a keen attention to detail, and worked safely. They kept our work site clean and orderly, and ensured it was immaculate at the end of each workday. Even the crane operator that delivered the roofing products, and the dumpster delivery drivers, were pleasant and professional and took good care of our property. The conversion from cedar shingles to asphalt was challenging as our roof is large and has many steep pitches, peaks and valleys. Paragon Roofing, and its team, has exceeded our expectations and we appreciate their hard work on our behalf - we love the look of our new roof! Paragon also arranged for Greater Vancouver Gutters to install new continuous gutters and downspouts to compliment the great appearance and functionality of our new roof. Harman replied quickly. Scheduled his crew as soon as they could. And resolved the leaking issue within a reasonable time frame. The warranty of the repair makes me feel relieved.

Paragon Roofing estimated with remote sensing and used modern software to determine what was needed; the estimate was the best of three and they delivered a precise beautiful roof without damage, surprises or troubling the neighbors. The crew was friendly, no swearing or cursing, fearless but 100% Work Safe compliant and tidy. Harman is easy to communicate with and works with the customer’s input to achieve the best result for a reasonable cost.

Spoke to Harman and described our leaky issue to him, with address and type of roofing material. Appt was then confirmed for his crew to show the following day for... read more the repairs. Got a call the evening before and was told that they looked at the house on Google Maps and decided its too steep and/or sliperry for them to want to attempt any repairs. Also the fact that ours being a tiled roof, they won't want to be responsible for any breakage. Talk about being professional roofers heh!! Go figure. He suggested we contact the orig builder instead, Goodness, house was built 29 years ago, guys! Good luck with that! He then said his crew recommends that we replace the entire roofing system!! Jeez guys. Are you guys serious or what?! Wow...29 yr old tiled roofs are non-repairable eh? Tell me about it. Hahahah How professional is that?! Well, I suppose during this period of the Atmospheric River, this company must be so swamped they'll only rely on Google Maps to evaluate any roofing issues. Won't even bother to send someone to see if its simply a skylight replacement which I'm sure it is, rather than to suggest a $20+k roof job! Update: we've since gotten 2 other PROFESSIONAL roofers' highly reasonable quotes which are under consideration. Both of whom sent their crew over right away without qualms and truly WITHOUT any evaluation CHARGES, climbing into our attic and then up onto the roof. Yes, our tiled roof, with professional care! Unlike some so-claimed pro-roofer who preferred the 'armchair' method, relying on Google Maps and Earth to pre-qualify...sadly! Anyway, thanks for your good wishes and good luck to you and your crew. Be safe and stay on the ground.
